The home dashboard shows key metrics for the last 30 days:

Health Status
Your account health is determined by bounce rate:
| Status | Bounce Rate | Recommendation |
|---|---|---|
| Healthy | < 3% | You're doing great |
| Warning | 3-4% | Review your email list quality |
| Danger | > 4% | Take immediate action to reduce bounces |
High Bounce Rate
A bounce rate over 5% can harm your sender reputation and may result in sending restrictions. Clean your email lists regularly.
